Journey
At It’s Already Yours NFP, our mission is to empower underserved youth and adults by equipping them with the hands-on trade skills, certifications, and resources needed to build sustainable careers and ownership opportunities. Through on-the-job training and property rehabilitation projects, we not only restore homes but also restore hope and economic mobility in Chicago’s underserved communities.
Our 12-month program provides participants with paid apprenticeships, certifications, mentorship, and ultimately, ownership of the homes they help rebuild. We are dedicated to creating pathways to generational wealth and fostering community pride through practical education and collective action.
